1. Do I Need To Set Up An Account To Place An Order?

No, Creating an account with Juniorfashio.pk is not necessary. You can use guest checkout option to place an order. However by creating an account we will keep you updated about new products & design, discounts, promotions and you will be able to track your order, view past orders and faster checkout experience.

2. Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order limit.

3. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id.

4. How do I check my order status?

We will ship your package within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will also mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment to your registered email address.

5. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders

8. Are there any other hidden charges?

No. You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

10. What is the delivery time?

All local orders can take between 3 – 5 working days, depending on the size & availability of the product. Some products are shipped from Dubai, So it could take up to 7-10 working days.

11. Can I cancel an order?

Usually all orders are shipped within 48 hours. In order to cancel an order you need to send an email for cancellation to:________ within 24 hours of placing an order.

For online payments, it will be reversed within 7 working days. And in case your order has been dispatched, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy.
