Refund & Return policy

At junior fashion, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. Customer will bear the shipping cost and it is not refundable.  After 7 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

 If you return the entire order within 7 days, you will get a full refund. If you return only part of your order, your Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded.

In any case of payment mode whether Cash on Delivery or online payment through debit/credit card, we will refund the amount only to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter is correct. Junior Fashion will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging and condition, with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.

We do not accept:

            Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.

            Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Junior Fashion shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
